Brian holds a Business Management degree from Linfield College, coupled with 26-years of small business management experience in Central Oregon. Brian serves as President of the Board of Directors and as a volunteer facilitator for Opportunity Knocks (OK), which is a 501 (c)(6) non-profit that is an entrepreneurially-managed, volunteer-driven business assistance organization whose mission is "helping business owners and key employees to think strategically, solve problems, and achieve goals, thereby inspiring small business excellence". Brian is a member of the Editorial Board for Cascade Business News (CBN) and was one of CBN's original "40 Under 40" award winners in 2006. Additionally, Brian is a long-term member of the Bend Chamber of Commerce, the Redmond Chamber, Economic Development for Central Oregon (EDCO), The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), a Life Member of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, and a member of ASIS International, which is the pre-eminent trade organization for security professionals, with more than 38,000 members worldwide. Brian is a native Oregonian and a Bend resident since 1984.

Dianna holds a degree in Accounting, backed-up by 26-years of hands-on experience in business operations, accounting and information systems with Central Oregon businesses. Previously, Dianna was a Senior Business Analyst with a large Bend based software firm from 1995 until 2004. She performed lead roles in the implementation of large utility billing/customer service software for a variety of utility companies in the United States and Canada. In 2007, Dianna was selected as a "Women in Business" award winner by Cascade Business News (CBN). She is also a member of the Bend Chamber of Commerce, the Redmond Chamber, Opportunity Knocks, and the Human Resource Association of Central Oregon. Dianna has been a local Bend resident since 1975 and is an alumnus of Bend High School and Central Oregon Community College.

Tim comes to our team with a solid, 30-year background of law enforcement and security experience. Tim retired from the Oregon State Police as a Lieutenant, experienced in criminal and traffic enforcement, having also served in specialized roles in dignitary protection, tribal gaming and as head of the Oregon State Lottery Security Division. A proven leader, team builder and first responder, he is trained and experienced in all aspects of security, emergency response, public safety, physical security and regulatory compliance. He is a graduate of Northwestern University - School of Police Staff and Command in Evansville, Indiana and Linn Benton Community College in Albany, OR. His certifications through the Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training include, but are not limited to: Advanced Police Management and Instructor. He's taught gaming enforcement at the State Police Recruit Schools and has spoken before legislative committees in Oregon and New Mexico on the subject of lottery security. He is a member of ASIS International which advances security worldwide through 38,000 professional security members. Tim has been a Bend resident since 2010.

With a vast Oregon law enforcement career spanning 29-years, Bill is our primary instructor for training, certification and the recertification of our officers.
Here are the specific law enforcement roles that Bill has had:
►Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office (1971-1976) as a Reserve Deputy, Reserve Sergeant and Reserve Lieutenant
►Newport Police Department (1976-1998) as a Patrol Officer, Crime Prevention Officer, Community Service Officer, Evidence Control Officer, Detective, Hostage Negotiation Supervisor, Major Crime Team Investigator and Patrol Sergeant, retiring in March of 1998.
►In May of 2000, Bill was inducted into the Lincoln County Law Enforcement Hall of Fame.
Bill is a native Oregonian and Redmond resident since 2003.
